first class cafe dining option convenient location
The cafe had a first class feel. It was close to many other great dining options. The location was convenient to theaters and museums. (I certainly appreciated that.)
The shower temperature was not consistent, and this proved slightly inconvenient.

amazing stay at a gorgeous hotel
great location friendly staff
the hotel offers a good location near main attractions. the room included super clean bathroom and was spacious. i found the staff friendly. i will recommend it.
the hotel did not check me in earlier. i was told they could not do it. finally, i received a text that the room was ready after the expected time. this was inconvenient.

temperature control unexpected issue
the hotel bar offered great cocktails and was quite nice.
I EXPERIENCED several issues. the shower had temperature control problems. It went from cold to hot quickly. this happened unexpectedly and was very UNPLEASANT.

historic building responsive staff complimentary water
I admired the hotel's design, a detail I noted in every corner. The staff were responsive. They addressed my needs quickly. I especially liked the complimentary water bottles. They were replenished daily and became very practical .
The gym equipment seemed somewhat limited given the number of guests.

The fitness center features three treadmills. It also provides two stationary bikes and a selection of free weights. The hotel offers complimentary newspapers in the lobby area, a detail I found quite elegant.
